I dropped it on the floor and yes I still ate it. But it was slightly over cooked. Thanks for staying open late for my drunk ass.

It's a crime to give this place even one star! Most disgusting experience. Apparently they are employing the homeless and they don't realize that people standing waiting for food means they want to pay you. Apparently they don't care. The man at the counter used his hands to cut our BURNT pizza. When I brought this to the owner's attention he didnt care! I have NEVER written a review at all. But stopped to take a photo and write this. I'm sorry I didn't check first before entering this dive.

Rude to military visiting the area. Has the worst pizza around. Another service member said a roach in their pizza. This place is unpatriotic because they now won't deliver to military bases anymore. They made fun of us being military. Don't eat here!

Service is terrible. I ordered the supreme pizza. The pizza was... Ok and lady was really mean! The pizza was precoked and cold :(

Wasn't impressed! The pizza was over cooked to begin with and then when try put it in to reheat it the crust was burnt. I'm not a fan of burnt crust! I did watch a drunk girl drop her whole slice on the floor cheese side down and pick up and eat it. That was pretty entertaining!

Now why have I been going to Angelinas for Pizza for the past few years??? NEVER, EVER AGAIN!!! The owner by the name of James, from Northport L.I., aka NY, knows his pizza. Owned a pizzeria back on L.I. and now has this high volume joint, with big slices worth every single penny for. $3.50 is like having pizza in Hoboken, NJ, but Benny Tudinos has nothing on this young man. Quality is the key here, NOT QUANTITY!!! James gives you both here, which is no easy task nowadays. Such a humble owner, and super friendly!!! Sam & Pam Cohen, will now be your future lifers eating here, every time we come back here to Key West. You're the best by far, James!!! Your number one fans from North Jersey!!!

Best pizza we had in key west, we tried a couple of other places while in Key west for a few days, hands down, this place rocks! Conveniently located on Greene st. if you just want a slice or a pizza pie, this is by a long shot the place to go in Key West!

Took 72 minutes for delivery, 3 blocks. I added extra toppings at $1.50 each. I was charged. when I opened box, my 2 extra toppings not on my cold pizza and yes crust had some burnt edges like many other people reviewed. One and done!!

Huh! Guess I now understand why it's just (3) stars. Great pie, crappy help behind the counter. You want good NY flavor, come in, other than that, stay away!!!!

Absolutely delicious! Best pizza I have had in the Keys since I have lived here! Highly recommended

Popped in because Dueto was packed. It was very dingy with music concert loud not exactly a visual paradise. Service was below average the counter girl seemed bothered that more tourists had bothered her precious slumber. Pizza was good but not great, I won't go back there.

To be honest our first impression was to walk out based on looks, but we stayed based on a recommendation. DO NOT let the shabby interior fool you, the food was very good. We were there for lunch and each had a slice. They make a NY style pizza, thin crispy crust and the slice sizes are BIG. The food was delicious and well balanced flavors,

The service from this pizza shop was almost unbelievable. The woman working on Wednesday April 2nd at 6:15 was either having a terrible day and decided to take it out on us or she was just not a happy person (hard to believe in key west). She made snide remarks as we walked in, cut us off from ordering, and yelled at us for not tipping her for picking up a slice off a tray? As a server myself, that's not the kind of service you get tipped for. We decided to stop ordering after the first of 7 of us and walked out only to give our business to Angelina's.

Last night around midnight we were looking for something to eat and went in. The pizza looked legit through the window, so we decided to try it. I don't think I have ever encountered such a rude cashier in my life. I tried to ask the difference between the sizes and she just gave me a dirty look and pointed at some boxes. I really wanted to walk out at this point but didn't know what else was open at this hour. So we are sitting and waiting and hear a bell from the kitchen and a salad pizza box sitting there... Meanwhile the rude cashier is playing on he phone and eating so i walked over there to retrieve my food. The pizza was actually really good, but the service is horrible!!!!!

I am not sure about the paradise because we ordered for delivery. Although the toppings on the pizza were correct and it had the remnants of a good pie, the coldness overpowered the experience. And of course being a tourist there is no recourse. I recommend if you are beyond a 5 minute scooter ride, dine in. Otherwise pick it up yourself. Good pizza just the typical Key West laid-back attitude toward business. Pizzas take at most 7 minutes to cook and one can get anywhere in KW in 15 minutes not the hour it took so I stand by my stereotyping the island.

The Pizza here is OK. You can get better in town, but it is very convenient to stop in for a slice here.

Great stop-in pizza slices! Their mini oven up front brings a pizza sitting there to fresh quality. Big floppy NY-style slices with a variety of toppings. The BBQ chicken and mushroom lovers (fresh, not canned!) were well enjoyed at the table, while I had the Greek. It had lots of spinach, gobs of feta, and a soft-inside crispy outside crust. If you're walking about at any hour, this is a traditional stop to get you moving again.

Best pizza around! My daughter doesn't love pizza and is very picky and very seldom eats meat. She even said the Buffalo chicken pizza and pomodora pasta was the best we have all ever had!!!

A hole in the wall type place where you can buy pizza by the slice. Nothing exceptional but not a bad place to run in and get a snack. Good sized pieces - 4 slices, a bottled water, and a soda = $18.

Amazing pizza!! SO glad we stopped here. Light crispy crust with awesome flavors. Just make sure you get pizza that had been recently cooked otherwise it's a little dry. Great portions and decent price. Great late night food!!!

Worst late night pizza EV-ER! I know it was like 4:30 in the morning, and we were probably somewhat drunk and belligerent, but I thought we could at least get a warm slice.

I wish I had read some of these reviews before walking into this dump. I had a very similar experience to Katherine K with the rude cashier. I was well aware of the poorly written menu on the wall but was unable to read the chicken-scratch. When I asked the girl the difference in prices for a simple pepperoni pizza she groaned and pointed at the menu, the menu I had spent 5 minutes trying to decrypt. About that time the delivery driver walked in at which point she began yelling at him for God knows what reason. He maintained composure and eventually HE was the one to answer my question. The bathrooms were filthy with no paper towels. I watched the cook come out of it and I was disgusted to feel wet doorhandles. By no fault of his own, he probably contaminated some poor schmucks food. The seat cushions aren't screwed on and I nearly fell through when one side tipped down. The pizza was pretty decent but that girl should be fired. If she's a manger or owner, she should find a new line of work. Pizza earns a solid 4.5 stars but, thanks to that moody girl, they get only one star.

I have to say that I'm very disappointed... I don't think I would go back there... and if you go there I would suggest not going at night time or fantasy fest time... or middle of the day... so... yeah I guess the best time to try would be around lunch time?? maybe??? who knows..... The first time that I went there was ok... the pizza is ok... so my friends wanted pizza so we went there again... While in line... They run out of chicken pizza... so my friend ask if they would be bringing some more... the guy just said: whenever I feel like going out back.... yeah he was really rude and we stay there for a few seconds with no words ... He didn't have any intentions in going or getting more cheese pizza or chicken pizza... or anything... How do you run a business like that?? if you are gonna treat WOMEN like that??... We are customers and if you tell me that we were screaming or arguing or even acting silly but only one person ask and it wasn't in a disrespectful way... If he cant deal with the customers he should not be there... We left without eating in a very confuse and disappointed way...

We walked in off Green because my boys wanted pizza and pasta. The place is run down and not sure how they pass inspection with broken chairs and tables in the back. Other than that they had a few varieties of pizza which were very good. We ordered pasta that after 30 minutes we gave up on. My son went and asked for a slice of pizza instead. Which they immediately gave him but didn't offer to reimburse the extra we paid for the pizza. He ate the slice and we left. Pizza is good, as long as that is all you are getting it is a safe bet.

I like that there is a selection. Everyone can get what they are in the mood for and not have to worry or think about what everyone else wants. It's quick and easy and makes for a good option if you're in need of getting some food in your stomach fast! It's great if you have kids. The slices are good size and the price is pretty reasonable.

So after hours of walking on Duval St. we got a little hungry, but in Key West things are not that cheap. We were walking past this little pizza place and I saw a sign that read "Italian Ice." It was about 90 degrees outside so as soon as I saw the sign I went in. I got the mango double scoop Italian ice and it was delicious. The next day we were by the area and we decided to get some pizza and try out the food. The slices are huge! Lunch for two people with sodas and dessert was $11, that's pretty good. Its a tiny little Italian place, but if your hungry and don't want to spend that much money on a fancy restaurant Paradise Pizza is the way to go!

Absolutely the worst pizza....EVER! Would not give it any stars, but yelp requires at least one.

It ain't Naples but it's hot, tasty, generously topped and the salads are fresh. The photos on yelp don't do it justice. Also comes with chili packets and a generous pot of Parmesan, plates napkins and cutlery. They also delivered to my hotel room without issues.

Any pizza is welcomed after some time at the bars. This pizza was definitely not impressive. No one was available behind the counter to serve us and when we got our piece of pizza, the crust had a hole in it and the pie was essentially falling apart. All in all a bad experience with bad pizza. On the plus side, the location is great.

Pizza was barely ok. Certainly nothing to rave about. Service was pretty bad. It was incredibly difficult to understand the person taking my order. After about 45 minutes of waiting for the delivery, I called to ask for a status and I was told it would get there when it gets there. Given that response, told him to cancel my order if it wasn't delivered in 15 minutes. My order came about a half hour later. I was not charged for it and didn't even want it at that point but I took it. The service was exceptionally bad. I'd never order from here again.

This pizza place should be called a slice of Heaven. True NYC style pizza, the flavor is awesome. I had the pepperoni and my husband had the tomato, basil, garlic. Each slice is so big they are the equivalent of two slices. We only paid $8 for lunch, by far the cheapest and best meal we had in Key West. I recommend that you stop in and see Frank, awesome manager and awesome pizza.

Better than Angelina's. And great for a slice overall. Most things , except for beer, are expensive on the island but coming from a pizza snob...this stuff is good! Dont go to anywhere else for pizza in key west.

Meat lovers - lg - cold, 3 times the sauce i have ever had on any pizza, therefore, soggy crust. Hot wings - decent flavor, no dipping sauce, kinda dry as well.

I ordered from this place because I heard the pizza was good. I ordered at 8:00 and was told it would be here in an hour. At 9:30 I called to check on the delivery. I was put on hold and heard the young lady taking orders and telling the customer it would be there shortly. She then proceeded to tell me it would be another 45 minutes. I asked to cancel. The "manager" got on the phone and said " we'll we have over 30 deliveries". I told him to cancel our order. At 9:47 I got a call from the cook, who was now delivering the pizza. He said it would be 10 minutes. Well it is now 10;49 and still no dinner. I can't give this place any stars because I can only give a minimum of 1 star. I'd like a negative star!

Beautiful pizzas. $14 for 2 slices with toppings, a can of beer and a bottle of water. I craved more of the pizza for days.

A heat-a-slice-when-you-buy-it kinda joint. Food was alright but nothing to write home about. I wasn't impressed with the service.

Great slices, got it into Sloppy Joes's first time around after they stopped serving food, Cop said it was okay, second time around the waiter had a fit that I brought their pizza into Sloppy Joe's, so we had to eat it outside....wherever you have to eat it, just get it, really good stuff and this coming from a Jersey Girl who knows what she's talking about when it comes to good pizza!

Drunk on Duval Street? Late night? Hungry? If not, you're probably doing something wrong. If so, Paradise Pizza is not a bad stop for the obligatory grease-soaker-upper. We stopped in one night before catching the last shuttle back to the hotel and picked up a couple slices. Very bare bones place inside. Not much as far as decor and only a few beat up tables. For pizza slices, they had about 4 types to choose from of which we picked the multi-meat (meatballs, sausage, ham) and a margherita. Both were tossed into a small oven counter side for heat up and placed in a to-go box. Damage? $4.50 a slice for a total of nine bones. Ouch! Sort of pricey for a slice even in Key West. Back at the hotel, the slices were really good, but I can't give a true testimony because the combo of pizza and drunk always results in happiness.

Paradise Pizza was delicious. It had many varieties. I loved grandma's pizza and my husband loves the buffalo pizza. I was also told they deliver all over the island.
